1. Business Information & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Backstage Vet Mastermind programs, retreats, digital communities, and related services operated by Backstage Vet LLC (Friendly Business Name: Backstage Veterinary), located at:

By applying, registering, paying for, or participating in Backstage Vet, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Membership Commitment & Fees

Backstage Vet is a high-level executive mastermind designed for founders and companies behind veterinary medicine. Membership requires a 12-Month Commitment.

• Monthly Plan: $3,000 per month, billed recurringly for the full 12-month term.
• Paid in Full: $2,750 per month equivalent ($33,000 billed annually), granting a prepayment discount.
• Because cohort pods and retreat capacity are reserved exclusively for accepted members, all membership commitments are non-cancellable during the active 12-month term.

3. Non-Competition & Trust Policy

A cornerstone value of Backstage Vet is Abundance, Kindness, and Fun with zero internal hostility or direct competition within assigned Pods. Members agree to conduct themselves with professional integrity, respect proprietary peer discussions, and refrain from predatory client poaching or malicious business practices.

4. In-Person Retreats

Members receive access to two (2) annual in-person retreats in Orlando, Florida. Included features:

• Option to stay in the group executive luxury mansion or arrange off-site lodging.
• Catered chef meals, workshops, presentations, excursions, and activities.
• Travel, airfare, and optional individual expenses outside the retreat itinerary remain the sole responsibility of the attendee.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All metrics, revenue figures, business strategies, and personal revelations shared inside pods, monthly meetings, WhatsApp groups, or retreats are strictly confidential. Breach of confidentiality is grounds for immediate termination of membership without refund.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
